The 9017 is a 96-well clear flat bottom polystyrene microplate designed for enzyme-linked immunoassay (EIA) and radioimmunoassay (RIA) applications. The not-treated (medium binding) polystyrene surface is hydrophobic in nature and binds biomolecules through passive interactions, making it ideal for immobilizing large molecules such as antibodies with large hydrophobic regions. Binding capacity is approximately 250 ng of mouse IgG/cm². Each well offers a 360 µL total volume with a recommended working volume of 75–200 µL. Plates are nonsterile and sold without lids (available separately). Conforms to standard microplate footprint and dimensions for compatibility with plate readers and automation. Tested on a lot-to-lot basis; certification results available upon request. 100 plates per case (25 per bag). Manufactured by Life Sciences.
