Adhesive Films
LIGHT LABS carries a comprehensive selection of adhesive sealing films and microplate seals for PCR, qPCR, cold storage, and automated liquid handling applications. Our lineup includes optically clear heat-seal films for real-time qPCR applications requiring unobstructed fluorescence detection, pressure-sensitive adhesive films for standard PCR and storage, aluminum foil seals for light-sensitive samples and long-term cold storage at -80°C, and pierceable sealing films compatible with robotic liquid handling systems and automated workstations. We carry Excel Scientific ThermalSeal RTS™ optically clear qPCR films, AlumaSeal CS™ aluminum foil microplate seals for cold storage, X-Pierce™ precut pierceable films for robotic automation, and AdvanceSeal™ 3000 peelable foil heat seals for applications requiring easy re-access to sealed plates. Our own Pure•Amp™ sealing membranes are also available as a cost-effective alternative for standard PCR sealing applications.
