Lid-Operated Start & Stop — No Buttons Required Close the lid and the rotor instantly accelerates to 6,000 rpm. Open the lid and the centrifuge decelerates to a full stop in just one second. Clik-N-Lok™ Instant Rotor Attachment The MyFuge features Clik-N-Lok™ instant rotor attachment, allowing rotors to be swapped quickly and securely. The included rotor removal key is stored in the convenient base compartment.
Two Rotors Included The C1008-P ships with two rotors to cover a broad range of tube formats right out of the box:
- Microtube rotor: holds 8 × 1.5/2.0 mL microcentrifuge tubes
- PCR rotor: holds 32 × 0.2 mL PCR tubes or 4 × 8-position PCR strip tubes
The PCR rotor, rotor removal key, and 0.5 mL tube adapters all store neatly in a built-in compartment in the base — preventing loss or accidental disposal.
Near-Silent Operation The MyFuge Mini runs nearly silently, making it ideal for shared lab spaces, open-plan environments, and anywhere noise is a concern.
