The OHAUS MB120 Moisture Analyzer is a flagship-level halogen moisture analyzer designed for laboratories that need fast, accurate, and repeatable moisture content measurement. With a 120g maximum capacity and 0.01% readability, the MB120 handles everything from routine quality control testing to sophisticated research applications with ease.
Display & Interface The MB120 features a full-color 4.3-inch TFT touchscreen display, making it one of the most intuitive moisture analyzers in its class. Navigation is simple and efficient, with support for 14 operational languages.
Drying Performance Powered by a halogen lamp heat source, the MB120 offers a temperature range of 40°C to 230°C in 1°C increments across four programmable drying profiles — Standard, Fast, Ramp, and Step — giving you precise control over every drying cycle.
Flexible Shut-Off Criteria Choose from seven shut-off criteria to match your specific testing protocol: Manual, Timed, AutoFree %/s, AutoFree mg/s, A30, A60, and A90. Custom user-set options for weight loss per time and moisture percentage loss per time are also available.
Data Storage & Connectivity Store up to 100 methods and 1,000 test results directly on the instrument. Results are accessible via USB Host (×2), USB Device, and RS232 with full GLP/GMP data output — making it easy to connect to printers, computers, or LIMS systems.
