    Pure•Amp™ PCR Tubes, Strips & Caps

    LIGHT LABS carries the complete MTC Bio Pure•Amp™ line of PCR tubes, strip tubes, and caps — precision-manufactured from heat-resistant, medical-grade polypropylene for consistent performance in standard PCR and real-time qPCR applications. Every Pure•Amp™ tube and strip is certified free of RNase, DNase, DNA, and PCR inhibitors, and manufactured to tight dimensional tolerances for uniform ultra-thin wall thickness — ensuring optimal thermal transfer between the cycler block and your sample for reliable, reproducible amplification results.

    0.2mL PCR Strips — Standard Thermal Cycling Pure•Amp™ 0.2mL PCR 8-strip tubes are available in seven configurations to match your preferred workflow. Choose from strips with attached individual flat caps (P3010-A), separate flat cap strips (P3010-S), or separate domed cap strips (P3020). Optically clear and white tube options for qPCR applications are available in the P3802-Q (clear) and P3802-QW (white) formats with separate optical strip caps. All 0.2mL strips are compatible with most major thermal cyclers including ABI, Bio-Rad, Eppendorf, and GeneAmp instruments. Color options — blue, green, orange, purple, red, yellow, and natural — are available for the attached-cap format for easy sample identification and organization across multiple experiments.

    0.1mL Low-Profile qPCR Strips — Fast Cycling Pure•Amp™ 0.1mL low-profile PCR strip tubes are engineered specifically for real-time qPCR applications on fast-cycling instruments. Available in three cap configurations — clear (P3801-Q), frosted (P3801-QF), and white (P3801-QW) — all with separate optical strip caps for maximum fluorescence performance. The white tube format maximizes fluorescence reflectivity, while the frosted cap option minimizes background scatter in probe-based assays. All 0.1mL strips are compatible with ABI QuantStudio, ViiA 7, StepOne Plus, Roche LightCycler 96, Bio-Rad CFX96, and other leading fast-cycling qPCR instruments.

    Individual PCR Tubes — Single Reaction Flexibility For single-reaction work or applications requiring individual tube handling, Pure•Amp™ offers 0.2mL individual PCR tubes with attached flat caps (P3030, 1000 tubes) and attached domed caps (P3040, 1000 tubes). Both formats feature the same ultra-thin wall construction and medical-grade polypropylene as the strip tube formats, delivering consistent thermal performance in every reaction.
