A 10-425 thread offers an easy, secure closure on a standard 12 x 32 mm vial footprint. This range gives labs the vials, open top caps and septa they need to run 10 mm format autosamplers with consistent sealing. Parts can be bought together or separately.
This listing is for MicroLiter catalog number 10-1200: µL 12 x 32mm, 10-425 Screw Thread Vials, Clear, Non-Silanized, With Patch, Pack of 100. Vials are converted from USP Type I borosilicate glass in clear or amber, with or without a patch, including a silanized amber option, and are approved for LC and GC. White open top caps fit the 10-425 finish, and PTFE/silicone/PTFE septa about 1.02 mm thick are sold separately. Where noted, items are packed in a Class 10,000 clean room.
