Control vacuum right at the flask instead of at the pump. This filtration adapter adds a PTFE stopcock, so you can open, close or bleed vacuum smoothly while filtering and avoid disturbing the filter cake. It is ideal for delicate or air-sensitive filtrations.

A flange accommodates a pluro stopper (sold separately), and the PTFE stopcock resists chemicals and will not seize; replacement plugs are the 821001 series. Joint sizes are 14/20, 24/40 and 29/42.
