Grease on stopcocks can contaminate sensitive samples and needs constant upkeep. This KONTES double manifold replaces greased plugs with PTFE vacuum valves, so samples contact only PTFE and borosilicate glass. That means less maintenance, cleaner results and no grease creeping into reaction flasks or traps.
