Liquid running down a joint can wet the ground surface and cause leaks or seizing. These cones add a drip tip that lets liquid drain cleanly without wetting the grind.
This listing is for DURAN catalog number 286166004: Standard Cone with tip, finished, NS 24/29, Case of 100. Made from borosilicate glass 3.3 to DIN 12249 Form G, the cones have a finer grind with lower roughness depth for a tight seal. They are supplied for further processing by glassblowers in NS 14/23 (case of 1000) and NS 19/26 or NS 24/29 (case of 100).
