Each column has a borosilicate glass 3.3 barrel permanently joined to translucent polypropylene reservoir tops and outlets, with removable polypropylene caps. A 20 micron HDPE bed support is fixed in the outlet. Standard IDs are 0.7, 1.0, 1.5 and 2.5 cm with lengths from 4 to 170 cm. Maximum pressure is 1.0 bar and the working range is 0 to 50 C.
