The vials are made of polypropylene rated to -196°C, and orange polypropylene caps with silicone washers give a secure seal. Black graduations and large marking spots make filling and identification easy. Vials are gamma sterilized, nonpyrogenic and DNase/RNase-free, packed 50 per bag and sold by the full case.
