The reusable glass chambers are gridless, with a 0.1 mm depth (about 10 µL, the same depth as a Neubauer hemocytometer) or a 0.2 mm depth (about 20 µL), and include a loading notch for easy sample introduction; the 0.1 mm slide ships with two cover slips. The disposable version provides two 10 µL chambers per slide. Glass chambers are sold individually, and disposable chambers are sold by the full case of 50.
