Repeated syringe sampling without opening the vial helps protect volatile and sensitive samples. These clear sample vials come with attached open-top black polypropylene caps holding PTFE-faced silicone septa, ready for repeated needle access straight from the case in field or laboratory work.

Vials are converted from Type I, 33 expansion borosilicate glass tubing in 8, 12, 24 and 40 mL sizes on 15-425, 20-400 and 24-400 finishes. The PTFE face contacts the sample while the silicone backing reseals after piercing. Vials are packed 72 or 144 per case in corrugated trays with partitions.
