Sizes run from 125 mL to 3L, so one flask style can follow a process from seed to scale-up.

The body is clear, impact-resistant USP Class VI polycarbonate with a molded volume scale, closed with a USP Class VI polypropylene plug seal cap or a vented cap carrying a 0.22 µm hydrophobic PTFE membrane. Flasks are individually bagged, E-beam sterilized to SAL 10^-6, and may be autoclaved and reused 5-6 times (vent caps are not autoclavable). Production follows cGMP in an ISO 13485 facility, with lot testing for pyrogens, cytotoxins, DNase/RNase and DNA.
