This complete, ready-to-use benchtop vacuum aspiration system is built for safe, efficient removal of supernatants and liquid waste in cell culture and molecular biology labs. The Aspire™ puts a quiet, maintenance-free, oil-free piston pump inside a sturdy compact base. It includes a 2-liter graduated polycarbonate collection bottle, an antibacterial hydrophobic filter, and an ergonomic handheld controller. Everything you need for routine aspiration is in the box.
Vacuum is fully adjustable from −30 to −750 mbar, with an easy-to-read pressure gauge on the base. You can set gentle aspiration for delicate cell monolayers or strong suction for fast liquid removal. The Aspire™ aspirates up to 14 mL per second with a maximum flow of 15 L per minute. It runs at just 59.6 dB, quiet enough for shared lab spaces and biosafety cabinet work. The collection bottle has an overflow protection valve that stops aspiration before liquid can reach the pump. The inline antibacterial hydrophobic filter protects both the pump and the lab environment from aerosols and contamination.
The ergonomic, autoclavable handheld vacuum controller gives precise fingertip control of aspiration. It comes with single-channel adapters for 200 µL pipette tips and stainless steel capillaries, and optional 8-channel adapters speed up multi-well plate work.
