The Benchmark Scientific SureTemp™ Digital Oven delivers accurate, stable heating up to 200°C with PID digital control — eliminating the need for external thermometers and the repetitive manual fine-tuning required by analog control knob ovens. SureTemp™ Digital Ovens provide up to 200°C with both accuracy and precision using digital control, eliminating the need for external thermometers and repetitive "fine tuning" of an analog control knob. With stability as low as ±0.5°C, double-wall construction, six-sided fiberglass insulation, a stainless steel chamber, in-lab calibration, and a large viewing window for live chamber monitoring, the SureTemp™ is suitable for laboratory, agricultural, and industrial applications including heating, drying, sterilization, and baking. Available in three sizes: 30L (H2606-30), 50L (H2606-50), and 150L (H2606-150). Optional extra stainless steel shelves available for each size.
PID Digital Control — Precise, Stable Temperature Without Manual Fine-Tuning PID control provides automatic compensation after load changes or door opening for excellent accuracy. Unlike analog ovens that require manual adjustment after every load change or door opening event, the SureTemp™'s PID controller continuously monitors the chamber temperature and automatically compensates — restoring the set temperature rapidly after disturbances without operator intervention. With stability as low as ±0.5°C, SureTemp™ Digital Ovens provide accurate, stable results to ensure your application is done correctly
Gravity Convection Heating — Uniform Temperature Distribution Simply set the desired temperature and time and the oven will quickly reach the desired temperature using gravity convection for the set time while accurately monitoring the chamber temperature. Gravity convection distributes heat naturally through the chamber without the airflow disturbance of forced-air convection — making the SureTemp™ particularly well-suited for applications where sample drying, open dishes, or lightweight materials could be disturbed by fan-driven airflow.
Continuous Mode — Extended Run Capability Continuous mode is also available for longer applications. In addition to timed runs, the SureTemp™ can operate in continuous mode for extended applications that run overnight, over weekends, or for any duration that exceeds a conventional timer — making it suitable for long-duration drying, extended sterilization cycles, and continuous-use industrial and agricultural applications.
Double-Wall Construction — Superior Thermal Stability Double-wall construction, six-sided fiberglass insulation, and adjustable rear vent enhance thermal stability. The double-wall design with six-sided fiberglass insulation surrounds the stainless steel chamber on all sides — top, bottom, left, right, front, and back — minimizing heat loss and maintaining stable internal temperatures even in variable ambient conditions. The adjustable rear vent provides controlled exhaust for applications that produce fumes or moisture during heating.
Stainless Steel Chamber and Shelves — Durable and Easy to Clean The stainless-steel chamber and shelves ensure longevity and easy cleaning. The fully stainless steel interior resists corrosion, chemical spills, and biological contamination — and can be wiped down or disinfected between runs without damage. Stainless steel shelves are included and additional shelves are available as optional accessories for each size.
Large Viewing Window — Live Chamber Monitoring A large viewing window allows real-time monitoring. The large front window allows operators to visually monitor samples and chamber conditions during a run without opening the door — preserving temperature stability and reducing cycle disruption. This is particularly valuable for time-sensitive applications, visual process monitoring, and any workflow where door-opening frequency must be minimized.
In-Lab Calibration — Maintain Accuracy Over Time The in-lab calibration feature ensures precision over time. The built-in calibration feature allows the oven to be calibrated in place using a certified external reference thermometer — without requiring the instrument to be sent off-site for calibration. This is critical for regulated laboratory environments that require documented periodic calibration of temperature-controlled equipment, and eliminates the cost and downtime associated with external calibration service.
