Purpose-built for use with all standard multichannel pipettes including 4-channel, 8-channel, 12-channel, and special purpose designs, the P8050-5S delivers the same outstanding performance and unique features as our individually wrapped P8050-1S at a more economical per-unit cost — making it the ideal choice for labs running large numbers of multichannel pipetting workflows on a routine basis.
Unlike standard V-bottom reservoirs, LIGHT LABS reagent reservoirs feature a patented Micro-trough™ U-shaped bottom that minimizes reagent waste by concentrating the last drops of solution where pipette tips can access them most efficiently. Four indented corner pouring spouts on every version allow for easy, dripless pour-off of unused reagents — keeping your bench clean and your reagents contained. Every P8050-5S case includes five complimentary Protective Lids (P8050-LID) to help inhibit evaporation and protect open reservoirs from dust, airborne debris, and contamination during use. Packed in environmentally friendly biodegradable bags and recycled cardboard boxes, the P8050-5S combines high performance with an eco-conscious design.
