When racks are lifted out of a chest freezer or LN2 tank dozens of times a day, a lighter tower makes the job easier on the hands. Crystal's MCFA vertical racks are made of aluminum and hold mini 2" boxes in stacks of 9 to 15 or mini 3" boxes in stacks of 7 to 10.

Each rack is a single-column vertical frame about 3 3/8 x 3 1/4 in (86 x 82 mm) in footprint, sized to slip into the narrow spaces of chest freezers and liquid nitrogen tanks. Compartments measure 54.5 x 77 x 77 mm for mini 2" boxes and 80 x 77 x 77 mm for mini 3" boxes; a lock device is available and ordered separately.
