Maximum deep-well plate storage, with every plate a single pull away. The Crystal Technology & Industries UFDDP-76 Upright Freezer Drawer Rack holds 42 deep-well microtiter plates (96-well format) in six pull-out drawers, seven plates deep per drawer. Slide out one drawer and the whole row comes forward, so the plate at the back of the rack is as easy to reach as the one in front.
Each compartment is 1 3/4" high, sized for a standard-footprint 96 deep-well plate, and also fits specialty tube racks from 9/16" to 1 3/4" (14.4 to 44.9 mm) tall. Because only one drawer is open at a time, the rest of your samples stay cold while you work. The rack is built from pharmaceutical-grade stainless steel with double welds and smoothed edges, so it stays rigid and corrosion-free at -80°C and is comfortable to handle with cryo gloves. An optional security lock device is available separately.
