It helps maximize recovery from very limited starting material.
This listing is for catalog number D3001-4: Pinpoint Binding Buffer, 6 mL. Once captured tissue has been digested, this buffer is mixed with the digest to create conditions in which DNA attaches to the silica matrix during purification. Contaminants are then washed away before elution. The buffer is supplied in a 6 ml bottle so you can continue processing slide samples without ordering a full system.
