This listing is for catalog number D3001-5: Pinpoint Wash Buffer (Concentrate), 2.4 mL. Supplied as a concentrate, the buffer is diluted with ethanol before first use according to the system instructions. During purification it is passed over the bound DNA to strip away residual contaminants, after which the DNA is eluted. A 2.4 ml concentrate is provided for restocking the system.
