The rack holds sixteen standard 2" freezer boxes, four boxes deep by four boxes high, and its 22 5/16" depth makes full use of deep upright freezer shelves.
The UFD-442 is built from pharmaceutical-grade stainless steel with double welds for lasting strength and rigidity at -80°C, even fully loaded. All edges are smoothed for safe, comfortable handling with cryo gloves. The compartments fit standard 2" cardboard, fiberboard, and polycarbonate freezer boxes. At 9 7/16" tall, the UFD-442 suits mid-height upright freezer shelves, and Crystal also lists it for chest freezer box storage.
