The built-in gradient function covers 30°C to 105°C with a user-defined spread of 1°C to 30°C, so you can optimize annealing temperatures across the plate in a single run. Choose block control or simulated sample control, which tracks the actual in-well sample temperature. A fully adjustable heated lid, settable from 30°C to 112°C, prevents condensation and evaporation, which is especially important at the small reaction volumes typical of 384-well plates.
The large full-color touchscreen and Program Wizard make protocol setup quick, easy, and foolproof. Ten preinstalled programs give you a fast start, and graphical editing and a full virtual keyboard simplify custom protocols.
