The defining performance advantage of the TubeRoller™ vs. conventional stationary roller mixers is its built-in ±5° simultaneous tilt action — a mechanically elegant feature that gently elevates the right side of each roller approximately 0.5 inches (13mm) with each complete revolution and returns it to the horizontal starting position. This gentle wave-like up-and-down motion ensures that the entire contents of each tube — from cap to bottom — are continuously subjected to thorough, end-to-end mixing with each rotation. Conventional stationary roller mixers without this tilt action can leave sample components at the tube ends unmixed between revolutions, creating non-homogeneous mixing that is particularly problematic for blood samples, cell suspensions, and other settling samples.
