Pinpoint Solution is applied to the region of interest, allowed to dry and then lifted off the slide with the captured tissue. The sample is digested with Proteinase K and purified by a one-step DNA extraction. The resulting DNA is suitable for PCR, sequencing and related molecular analyses.
