Two 10-bp plates covering indexes 1-96 and 97-192 can be combined to multiplex up to 192 libraries. Indexed libraries run on any Illumina sequencer and pair with the Zymo-Seq RiboFree Total RNA and SwitchFree 3' mRNA library kits.
