LIGHT LABS is proud to offer the Crystal Technology & Industries Stainless Steel Vertical Freezer Rack for Standard 2" Boxes (Cat # CF-9-2). This vertical rack stores nine standard 2" freezer boxes in a single column, stacked 9 boxes high. At 20 1/16" tall, it fits standard laboratory chest freezers and LN2 tanks that are just a little too shallow for a 10-high rack. That lets you use nearly all of the available height without going over.
The CF-9-2 is made of the same pharmaceutical-grade stainless steel as Crystal's full-height vertical racks, with double-welded joints for strength and long-term durability at ultra-low and cryogenic temperatures. All edges are smoothed for safe handling, even with cryogenic gloves. Each of the nine compartments measures 2 3/16" x 5 5/16" x 5 3/8" and accepts standard 2" cryoboxes and freezer boxes in fiberboard, cardboard, or plastic. A built-in handle makes the rack easy to lift in and out of the freezer.
The CF-9-2 is sold as a rack only. Storage boxes are not included, so you can use your existing 2" boxes. For added sample security, an optional lock device is sold separately. LIGHT LABS is your trusted source for laboratory freezer racks and cold storage solutions.

All racks share the same 5 5/8" x 5 1/2" footprint. To choose a rack, measure your freezer's usable interior height and pick the tallest rack that fits with room to lift it out.
