The deeper the rack, the more a drawer helps. The Crystal Technology & Industries UFD-332 Upright Freezer Drawer Rack stores nine standard 2" freezer boxes, three boxes deep by three boxes high. With a side-access rack, reaching the box at the back of a three-deep row means sliding the front boxes out first. With the UFD-332, you open one drawer and all three boxes in that row are right in front of you.
Crystal builds its freezer racks from pharmaceutical-grade stainless steel with double welds, so the UFD-332 stays rigid and corrosion-free through years of -80°C storage. All edges are smoothed for comfortable, safe handling, even in thick cryo gloves. Each compartment fits standard 2" cardboard, fiberboard, and polycarbonate freezer boxes, and the compact 7 1/8" height fits on a single upright freezer shelf.
The UFD-332 is the smallest of Crystal's 3-deep drawer racks for 2" boxes, and it's a good fit for shorter shelves and partial loads. LIGHT LABS carries the full Crystal freezer rack line so you can outfit every shelf in your freezer.
