The Incu-Shaker™ Mini is purpose-built for the applications that require both temperature and orbital shaking simultaneously — bacterial and yeast culture requiring incubation at defined temperatures, enzyme reactions requiring precise temperature-controlled mixing, solubility studies, cell culture applications, and any protocol where maintaining a precise incubation temperature during shaking is critical for reproducible results. The temperature range of ambient +5°C to 70°C covers all standard bacterial culture temperatures (37°C), yeast culture temperatures (25–30°C), and elevated-temperature enzyme reactions (50–70°C) — with ±0.1°C accuracy and ±0.5°C uniformity ensuring precise, reproducible temperature control throughout the shaking cycle.
The touch screen control panel provides intuitive adjustment of temperature, speed, and timer — with a programmable STEP feature that enables users to link consecutive programs with different temperature and speed settings for multi-step automated incubation protocols. The 19mm horizontal circular orbit provides the same proven aeration and mixing performance as the standard Orbi-Shaker™ series. Optional MAGic Clamp™ platform enables instant tool-free flask clamp exchange.
