DNA Clean & Concentrator (DCC) Kits — PCR Purification in 2 Minutes The DCC family of PCR purification kits utilize a uniquely formulated DNA binding chemistry and novel spin-column design that rapidly purifies ultra-pure DNA from PCR and other enzymatic reactions without the use of hazardous chemicals. Available in four binding capacities — DCC-5 (up to 5 µg), DCC-25 (up to 25 µg), DCC-100 (up to 100 µg), and DCC-500 (up to 500 µg) — the DCC series handles everything from routine PCR cleanup to large-scale restriction digestion purifications. Each kit delivers highly concentrated DNA in a minimum elution volume of just 6 µL with zero buffer carryover.
Zymoclean™ Gel DNA Recovery Kits — Gel Extraction in 15 Minutes The Zymoclean™ Gel DNA Recovery Kits provide rapid, high-yield purification of DNA from TAE/TBE-buffered agarose gels using Zymo-Spin™ technology — no organic solvents or chloroform required. Select-a-Size DNA Clean & Concentrator — Precise Fragment Size Selection For applications requiring defined fragment size ranges, the Select-a-Size DNA Clean & Concentrator lets you selectively recover DNA fragments ≥ 50 bp, ≥ 100 bp, ≥ 150 bp, ≥ 200 bp, or ≥ 300 bp — or perform double size selection — simply by adjusting buffer conditions.
