The DCC™-25 is engineered for the rapid desalting and purification of up to 25 µg of high-quality DNA from PCR reactions, endonuclease digestions, cell-free lysates, and other enzymatic workflows. Featuring capped Zymo-Spin™ IIC columns for secure, leak-proof handling, the D4034 is compatible with both standard centrifuge and vacuum manifold processing. Crucially, the DCC™-25 is also compatible with cDNA and ssDNA purification — making it significantly more versatile than competing kits.
