The D4033 features capped Zymo-Spin™ IIC columns, making it the preferred choice for labs that require secure, leak-proof column handling, tube compatibility, or vacuum manifold processing.
Simply add the specially formulated DNA Binding Buffer to the sample, transfer to the capped Zymo-Spin™ IIC column, wash, and elute — yielding ultra-pure DNA (A260/280 ≥ 1.8) in just minutes. Unlike many standard PCR cleanup kits with a 5 µg binding limit, the DCC™-25 offers a 25 µg binding capacity per column — making it ideal for labs working with higher-concentration or higher-volume PCR reactions, large restriction digest cleanups, and other medium-to-high input DNA purification needs. Importantly, the D4033 is also compatible with cDNA and ssDNA purification — expanding its utility beyond standard double-stranded DNA applications.
