The uncapped column format is the preferred choice for labs using vacuum manifold processing, high-throughput pipetting workflows, or any application where the open-top column format improves ease of loading and processing speed. Ideal for core facilities, high-throughput research groups, and any lab requiring consistent, economical medium-capacity DNA cleanup at scale.
The DCC™-25 delivers rapid desalting and purification of up to 25 µg of high-quality DNA from PCR reactions, endonuclease digestions, cell-free lysates, and other enzymatic workflows in as little as 2 minutes. With a unique column design that allows DNA to be eluted at high concentrations into minimal volumes (≥ 25 µl) with zero wash residue carryover, the D4006 is compatible with cDNA and ssDNA in addition to standard double-stranded DNA — providing significantly greater versatility than competing PCR cleanup kits.
