The D4065 is the 100-prep large-format version of the D4064, offering outstanding value for labs running high volumes of gDNA cleanup workflows.
With a binding capacity of up to 25 µg per column and the ability to purify DNA across an exceptionally broad size range — from small fragments as short as 50 bp all the way to large genomic DNA up to 200 kb — the Genomic DCC™-25 fills the gap between standard PCR cleanup kits and conventional ethanol precipitation. Using Zymo Research's ChIP DNA Binding Buffer and Zymo-Spin™ column technology, there is no need for chloroform, organic denaturants, or messy precipitations — just a simple bind-wash-elute workflow completed in approximately 5 minutes.
