The D4067 is the high-volume 4 x 96 prep format of the D4066, delivering the same exceptional performance at greater scale for labs running large numbers of samples in genomics, whole genome amplification (WGA), ChIP, and next-generation sequencing (NGS) workflows.
Processing 96 samples in parallel in approximately 20 minutes, and using Zymo Research's Zymo-Spin™ I-96-XL plate technology with specially formulated ChIP DNA Binding Buffer, the D4067 requires no organic denaturants, chloroform, or messy precipitation steps. It captures ultra-pure DNA (A260/280 ≥ 1.8) across a remarkable size range from as small as 50 bp to well over 200 kb — making this kit uniquely suited for genomic, mitochondrial, plasmid (BAC/PAC), viral, phage, and whole genome amplified (WGA) DNA cleanup at high throughput. Research has shown the ZR-96 Genomic DCC™-5 yields over 340% more DNA from large fragments such as lambda phage DNA (48.5 kb) compared to competing kits such as the Qiagen MinElute®.
