Processing 96 samples in parallel in approximately 20 minutes, the D4066 is purpose-built for labs running high-throughput genomics, whole genome amplification (WGA), ChIP, and next-generation sequencing (NGS) workflows where sample purity and throughput are equally critical.
Unlike conventional gDNA cleanup methods, the D4066 requires no organic denaturants, chloroform, or messy precipitation steps — simply add Zymo Research's specially formulated ChIP DNA Binding Buffer to the sample, transfer to the Zymo-Spin™ I-96-XL plate, wash, and elute. Purified DNA achieves exceptional purity (A260/280 ≥ 1.8) and can span a remarkable size range from fragments as small as 50 bp all the way up to 200 kb — making this kit uniquely suited for genomic, mitochondrial, plasmid (BAC/PAC), viral, phage, and whole genome amplified (WGA) DNA cleanup.
