CELLTREAT PES bottle top filters thread onto standard 45mm bottles and pull media, sera and buffers through a fast-flowing, low-binding membrane. Pick 0.22µm for sterile filtration of cell culture media or 0.45µm for clarification.

Each unit has a clear polystyrene reservoir with molded graduations and a polyethersulfone membrane, 50mm on the 150mL size, 75mm on the 250mL size and 90mm on the 500mL and 1000mL sizes. Filters are sterile, non-pyrogenic, RNase/DNase free and individually bagged, and the housing color shows the pore size: yellow for 0.45µm, green for 0.22µm.
