The CELLTREAT® 229712 is a 250mL bottle top filter with 0.45µm PES membrane — sterile, with a 75mm diameter membrane designed for high flow rate with low binding. 0.45µm PES membrane ideal for solution clarification. Bottle top filters fit on CELLTREAT® solution bottles or other standard 45mm threaded solution storage bottles. Bottle top filters do not include solution bottles. The 229712 is the standalone bottle top filter format — the filter component only, designed for labs that already have CELLTREAT solution bottles or other standard 45mm threaded bottles and need only the filter. Sterile by gamma irradiation. RNase-free, DNase-free, and non-pyrogenic.

For sterile filtration at 250mL scale in standalone bottle top filter format, the 0.22µm 229716 is the correct product.
