CELLTREAT nylon bottle top filters thread onto a standard 45mm bottle and clarify buffers and solvent-containing solutions without a pre-wetting step. A large-diameter membrane keeps flow moving and resists clogging.
This listing is for CELLTREAT catalog number 229733, the 500mL Bottle Top Filter, 0.45µm Nylon Membrane, sold as a full case of 24 (1/Bag). Housings are clear polystyrene with a 0.45µm nylon (PA) membrane, 75mm on the 250mL unit and an expanded 90mm on the 500mL unit, with 25mL molded graduations. Each filter is sterile, non-pyrogenic, RNase/DNase free and individually bagged, and the line is sold by the full case of 24. Solution bottles are not included.
