The Excel Scientific ThermalSeal® RTS™ TSS-RTQ-100 is a non-sterile, optically clear microplate sealing film designed for real-time qPCR, sample storage, and protein crystallization applications — featuring the proven 50µm inert encapsulated silicone adhesive technology of the ThermalSeal® RTS™ line in the highest-volume non-sterile pack size available. The TSS-RTQ-100 is the most economical per-film format for high-throughput qPCR labs, core facilities, and any workflow requiring large quantities of optically clear sealing film without a sterility requirement. Fits Within Raised Plate Rim — Prevents Film Lifting and Evaporation ThermalSeal® RTS™ films are sized to fit within the edges of raised-rim 96-well plates — preventing the film lifting and elevated evaporation rates that occur with films that overlap the plate rim. Two end tabs with perforated boundaries assist in precise film positioning on the plate, and clean tab removal after placement does not disturb the seal. With end tabs removed, the film length is 113.0mm — fitting cleanly within the raised rim of standard 96-well plates without overhang.
