The Excel Scientific AlumaSeal and FoilSeal range gives you a foil for PCR, a foil for ultra-low storage and formats for single rows or high-volume benchtop dispensing.
This listing is for Excel Scientific catalog number F2-RL-500, the FoilSeal™ RollMate™ Dispenser with Pre-Scored Foil Film Roll. All of these films are conformable aluminum foil, so you can see the seal outline around each well and confirm it is secure, and each is certified free of DNase and RNase. AlumaSeal II (1.4 mil foil, medical-grade acrylic adhesive) and eXTReme FoilSeal (1.9 mil) are rated from -80°C to +120°C and resist solvents such as DMSO, while FoilSeal and EZcap FoilStrips use 2.0 mil foil rated -20°C to +120°C for PCR and short-term work.
