The Crystal Technology & Industries UFMP-712L Upright Freezer Rack stores up to 126 microtiter plates with lids (154 without) in 14 compartments arranged seven deep and two high. Its 12" height fits the standard shelf spacing of many upright -80°C freezers, so plate libraries stay organized instead of stacked loose on the shelf.
Each compartment is sized for standard-footprint 96-well and 384-well microtiter plates, including deep-well and PCR plates that share the same footprint. The rack is made from durable stainless steel with double welds and rounded edges, so it stays strong and corrosion-free through years of ultra-low temperature storage and is comfortable to handle with cryo gloves. A locking rod keeps plates in place, and an optional security lock device is available separately.
