LIGHT LABS is proud to offer the Zymo Research ZR-96 DNA Clean & Concentrator™-5 (Cat # D4023) — a fast, high-throughput 96-well plate-based kit designed for the rapid purification and concentration of high-quality DNA from PCR reactions, endonuclease digestions, crude plasmid preparations, cDNA synthesis reactions, and other enzymatic workflows. Processing up to 96 samples in parallel in just minutes, the D4023 delivers the throughput and consistency demanded by high-volume molecular biology, genomics, and NGS library preparation labs.
Using Zymo Research's proven Fast-Spin Zymo-Spin™ I-96 plate technology, the D4023 eliminates the need for organic denaturants, chloroform, or messy precipitation steps. Simply add the specially formulated DNA Binding Buffer to the sample, transfer to the Zymo-Spin™ I-96 plate, wash, and elute — yielding ultra-pure DNA (A260/280 ≥ 1.8) in a minimum elution volume of just 10 µl. Purified DNA performs reliably in nucleotide sequencing, microarray analysis, PCR, ligation, restriction endonuclease digestion, and other sensitive downstream procedures.
Note: For samples containing large-sized DNA (>20 kb) such as genomic, mitochondrial, or BAC/PAC DNA, the ZR-96 Genomic DNA Clean & Concentrator™-5 (D4066/D4067) is recommended. LIGHT LABS is your trusted source for Zymo Research products.
