LIGHT LABS is proud to offer the Zymo Research ZR-96 DNA Clean & Concentrator™-5 (Cat # D4024) — the high-volume 4 x 96 prep format of Zymo Research's widely used 96-well PCR cleanup and DNA concentration kit. Designed for core facilities, high-throughput research groups, and any lab running large numbers of DNA purification workflows on a routine basis, the D4024 delivers the same outstanding performance as the 2 x 96 prep D4023 with greater economy and capacity.
Processing up to 96 samples in parallel in just minutes using Zymo Research's proven Fast-Spin Zymo-Spin™ I-96 plate technology, the D4024 eliminates the need for organic denaturants, chloroform, or messy precipitation steps. Simply add the specially formulated DNA Binding Buffer to the sample, transfer to the Zymo-Spin™ I-96 plate, wash, and elute — yielding ultra-pure DNA (A260/280 ≥ 1.8) in a minimum elution volume of just 10 µl. Purified DNA performs reliably in nucleotide sequencing, microarray analysis, PCR, ligation, restriction endonuclease digestion, and other sensitive downstream procedures.
